Former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh: Dr Manmohan Singh, former Prime Minister of India, retired from the Rajya Sabha, best known for the 1991 Economic Crisis and LPG reforms. He is an Indian economist, academic and politician who was the 13th prime minister of India from 2004 to 2014 and also the longest serving prime minister after Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi.
