- Afternoon Review: Between 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, officials will convene to discuss insights gathered during the morning visits. These discussions will inform plans to address uncovered issues.
- Open Window for Public Interaction: From 4:30 pm to 6 pm, locals can meet with visiting officials, lodge complaints, and submit petitions seeking assistance.
- Spot Checks: Beginning at 6 pm, the Collector and team will conduct spot checks of care homes, bus stations, public toilets, and other taxpayer-funded amenities to assess their condition.
- Morning Departure Assessments: Before departing the next morning, officials will assess villages to check basic services, review school breakfast schemes, and identify areas requiring attention.
